We offer shipping in the entire EU. Our products are shipped from The Netherlands. All orders have track & trace. We use PostNL for all our orders. You can find the costs below.

Pick-up at service points

If you do not pick up your package at the service point within 7 days, it will be returned to us. The return costs will be paid by yourself. It is the same amount as the first shipment. This money will be deducted from your refund or it will be added to the invoice of your new shipment.

Shipping Policy
Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 3 days on most occasions.

Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier or larger orders. In that case we will first contact you to discuss this. After your agreement and the additional payment, the package will be sent.

We do everything we can to ensure that the product reaches you without damage.

Be aware, once the item has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays from the courier that is used. We always ship items with delivery confirmation. Requests for shipping without tracking will be politely declined.

For free shipping we will always choose the cheapest shipping method, most times this means the package will be sent to a service point.
International orders

We ship internationally but we are not liable for any import taxes, duties or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in the unfortunate event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes.
Returns
14 days right of withdrawal (EU only)

Within 14 days after receiving your products you have the right to "change your mind". You have to contact us first by using the contact form or send an e-mail to info@photofinity.nl. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

As soon as your return has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping address.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your package, therefore we recommend that you send your package with a track & trace.

Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Within a few days the correct amount will be in your bank account.
Defective products

It can sometimes happen that you receive a defective or faulty product. You then have 14 days to inform us via e-mail or click here. These 14 days start from the moment you receive your package.

You will be refunded 100% of the cost of the product in question + the cost of the return shipment*.
*provided that the product is defective or faulty due to photofinity making a mistake.

How do I return the package?
We recommend that you buy your own shipping label to return the product, which we will refund after the product has been delivered to us.

You must return the product with the cheapest possible shipping method, with track & trace. Express shippings will not be reimbursed. We will check the local postal service and refund the cheapest postage cost that matches the size of the product. You must provide clear proof of shipment showing the tracking number and, if possible, the shipping costs.

If it turns out that the product in question still works, the return shipping costs will not be refunded.
30 days warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. These 30 days start from the moment you receive your product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

This only applies to cameras, lenses, flashes and other electronic products sold on photofinity.nl.

There are certain situations where a full refund will not be issued:

🞄 Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
🞄 Any roll of film that has been removed from its box or the packaging of which has been opened, will not be reimbursed. This is because we cannot check whether the rolls of film have been used or not.
