Camera Grading
Our products are often very old, some can even date back 60 years. That’s why our team carefully tests every camera to ensure it is up to standards. We grade the appearance of our products into three conditions/ gradings: Mint, Near Mint and Gold.
Mint / Very Good / 5/5:
A “Mint” camera will have minimal signs of wear and tear. Examples include slight impurities like worn leather or metal, signs of age on the bottom plate, and dull marks.
Near Mint / Good / 4/5:
A “Near Mint” camera will also look nice but have some additional potential cosmetic wear such as spots with discoloration, worn down metal or scratches somewhere on the body.
Gold / Average / 3/5:
A “Gold” camera will be a more severe case of cosmetic wear like more extreme discoloration or worn down metal, exterior or interior black specs, deeper scratches, or lines in the eye prism.
Our Products
All cameras sold on our website are vintage analog cameras. All have been carefully tested. Although we do our best to give you the best possible description of the product, it is always possible that there is something that is not foreseen.
All cameras will receive new light seals if necessary.
We photograph all our products ourselves. If you want to order a product and want to make sure it is the product you see on the product page, please contact us before ordering.
If you are looking for a camera that is not currently on the webshop, please let us know. We are happy to help you find the camera of your dreams or that one necessary accessory!
